Last Will & Testament of Ohio C. Barber

I, Ohio C. Barber, of Coventry Twp, in teh County of Summit and State of Ohio, do make, publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills by me made.

Item 1. I direct that my indebtedness be paid.

item II.  I have already made other provision form my daughter, Anna L. Bevan, but, in addition thereto, I give, and bequeath to her during her natural life the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) per year; and in the even to f her death leaving her husband, Doctor Arthur D. Bevan, surviving her, then so long as he may live after her death, I give and bequeath to him the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) per year; said payments to be made in equal quarterly installments of $12, 500 each to Anna L. Bevan and $6,250.00 each to Doctor Arthur D. Bevan.
